He is a driving force behind the globally recognized brokerage’s ranking as the largest independent RE/MAX real estate firm in the world.

Steve has a background in Industrial Engineering with major in management. Mr. Tabrizi helped engineer the company’s strategic expansion into 5 regions, and in 2016 masterminded two acquisitions in Ottawa, a move which expanded Hallmark's footprint overnight from a 650 agents operation in Toronto into a sprawling brokerage that stretches from GTA to Ottawa comprised of 1700 agents and 31 offices.

He has also led the development of a more streamlined and strategic operations team and systems, bringing together top-tier talent across a range of disciplines including ancillary services, marketing and technology.

Among his notable achievements at the firm have been his work to establish Hallmark Home Services to key clients in mortgage, insurance and legal services, Steve's passion for people and architecture made him a natural when it came to appreciating the value of real estate. He provides an accessible, no-nonsense, and creative leadership approach focusing on agent & client success.
